Chef Brandi Baldwin is owner of Brandi Bakes! She is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy's Baking & Pastry program. Brandi is an award winning decorator who has been baking and decorating cakes since 1990. Brandi was the head baker at a "sugar free" bakery in San Diego before moving to Boise in 2005.
